Navigating Change

Late April in Vermont brings us trout lilies and daffodils, lively birds, a still bare landscape, cold rushing waters, a blush of green. We can still see the structure of the earth that will soon be dressed fully in vegetation. We are navigating this change, a familiar one, often a very welcome one. We meet it with the newness in ourselves that has gestated through the long winter and birthed as the season turns. Just now, as the green blush colors our world, we begin to sense the flow of the new energy. Can you feel and sense your structure, your inner support, your compass?

Where is it landing in you? Where are your thoughts taking you these days? What landscape is your heart traveling? How are you extending your energy? There is a newness afoot, a never before now afoot and it feels to me that the quality of our presence, attention and choices are more important than ever. Keeping a wide vision to allow the influx of light along with staying with the inner flame to keep the direction you want to be headed in steady.

In the accelerated and massive change we are experiencing, some things remain as markers. The earth around us continues to blossom. Love is a felt presence, nourishment and life force, unrivaled potent available river. What else? What else is a steady beacon for you? Let's go this way, not out of naïveté, but out of choice for what leads with love.
